RDC designs, builds and markets high quality condominium and townhome communities throughout British Columbia.

RDC is a small group of real estate development professionals headed by James Redekop, whose family has been in land development for more than 45 years. Since forming his own company in 1985, James has been continuing the family legacy through the strategic and responsible development of high quality real estate.

To date RDC has developed approximately $400 million worth of real estate, including more than 3,500 residential condominiums and townhomes, both wood frame and concrete, as well as over 300,000 square feet of industrial warehouse space. Landmark projects can be seen throughout the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, Whistler and Okanagan.

RDC's success comes from being patient, waiting for the right opportunities, and being financially prudent. Looking to the future, the company aims to continue its steady and strategic growth.

A respected leader in the industry, James Redekop is the previous Director of three real estate investment groups: Pure Multi-Family REIT (tsx-v), Sunstone Realty Advisors, and REALnorth Opportunities Fund. He is also a former Co-owner and a Director on the Advisory Board for Sunselect Produce Inc., which promotes sustainable greenhouse growing for a healthier community.
RDC supports a variety of charitable efforts both locally and globally, and provides help to people in need through the Mennonite Central Committee and Mennonite Economic Development Associates.
